Hoffman, Marie (21 OCT 1961)

Mr. and Mrs. Duane J. Wilson are now at home in Medford after a wedding trip to Illinois and Missouri.

Their marriage took place Oct. 21, 1961 in the Immanuel Evangelical Lutheran Church of Medford.

The bride, the former Mrs. Marie Bradow Hoffman, is a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Harry Bradow of Medford and is employed a secretary in the Taylor County Superintendent’s office.

The groom, a son of Mr. and Mrs. John O. Wilson, is a graduate of Abbotsford High School of the class of 1951.  He is a deputy sheriff in Taylor County.

Attendants at the wedding were Miss Elsie Bradow of Medford, maid of honor; Gordon Prough of Alton, Ill., best man; Mr. and Mrs. Dale Barkow of rural Athens; Miss Darla Ruesch of Medford, route 2 and Kayo Pope of Stetsonville, route 1.  Guests were seated at the church by Arno Fasse.

Festivities of the wedding day included a reception and supper at the American Legion club rooms and a wedding dance at the Dorchester Memorial Hall.
